Headquartered in Kigali, Rwanda, Fixa helps corporations of all sizes hire directly from a network of reliable, pre-vetted workers, ready to fill any gaps in their workforce. We are building an integrated worker network that consists of reliable blue-collar workers and service businesses across Rwanda, with actual historical performance data on each worker to know who to recommend to fill workforce gaps. Our data-driven matching algorithms find the right workers for a job and reduce the time and risk it takes to recruit blue-collar workers.

Fixa was found in 2020 and, since then, we’ve grown to a community of 300+ pre-screened blue-collar workers and processing about 50 jobs per week. Our web platform offers employers access to our integrated network of reliable subcontractor businesses managing pre-screened blue-collar workers. Data-driven matching algorithms find the right subcontractor for an employer and reduce the time and risk it takes to recruit, manage and pay outsourced blue-collar workers.

Our subcontractor app allows on-ground supervisors, who work for subcontractors, to communicate and give real time updates on worker attendance and send progress reports. Subcontractors also receive new work opportunities, on the subcontractor app, and confirm the capacity and availability of workers, giving employers a heads up on workforce capacity.
